Albert Binquet
Albert Binquet worked in France during the first half of the twentieth century and was an important exponent of Art Deco. He made two oval plaster reliefs that were later executed to decorate the facade of the post office in Casablanca. Binquet was a tutor at the École des Beaux-Arts and exhibited at the Salon d’Automne from 1923 until 1931. He was chosen to design the armorials of the city on the façade of the Galerie des Beaux-Arts.
